Hard to believe…

….that, at one point, this man was probably the most hated person in the state of Texas.

    Not hard to believe at all.

    And far from “Defender of the Constitution,” Justice was an exemplar or “legislating from the bench.”

    He also gets a mention in my story “Huddled Masses.”
