    I have been without my computer for awhile, and am using my Kindle fire. I wanted to note the passing of Gerry Marsden of Gerry and the Pacemakers on January 3rd.
    They were a favorite of mine, and when I played music, it was mostly saxophones, but on the 2 songs of theirs I played guitar.
    Wishing you a good 2021, and the same for your lived ones.

    Thank you, pigpen. I’m glad you’re okay, and I hope you’re having a good 2021 so far.

    I did mention Gerry Marden’s passing a few days ago, but to be honest I gave it pretty short shrift, as Gerry and the Pacemakers were a little before my time and I don’t know their music very well. If you have anything you’d like to add, I would welcome it.
