A jury awarded the <strong>Bay Guardian <\/strong>$21 million, but the <strong>Weekly <\/strong>appealed the decision.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/article.cgi?f=\/c\/a\/2010\/08\/12\/BAR91ESKLM.DTL\">That decision has now been upheld by the appellate court<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There is a claim in the linked article that the two parties have &#8220;reached a settlement&#8221;.
